SWP Hermes Backup

SWP Hermes Backup is a private, single-user utility that creates encrypted backups of one Hermes Agent installation and stores them in a dedicated Google Drive account.

How it uses Google Drive

The utility requests only the Google Drive drive.file permission. It can create and manage only the folders and backup files created through this OAuth application. It does not request access to Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Docs, Sheets, or unrelated Drive files.

Security

Hermes backup archives are encrypted on the VPS before upload. Only encrypted archives and their SHA-256 checksum files are uploaded. The private recovery key is not stored by this site or published to Google Drive.

This is a personal-use application. It is not offered as a public service and does not sell, share, or advertise using Google user data.
